The U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to issue a solicitation for a professional inspection and assessment of the roof truss system at a U.S. Government-owned residence in Singapore. The solicitation will include the complete scope of work, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and applicable terms and conditions.
The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract. The Government may award the contract based on initial proposals without conducting discussions.
A site visit and preproposal conference are anticipated. The date, time, location, registration procedures, and access requirements will be provided in the solicitation.
The solicitation and any amendments will be posted on SAM.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for the solicitation, amendments, and other information related to this acquisition.
