Tender are invited for Roof replacement services. Includes : Ensure all existing decking is nailed. Replace any damaged wood decking and fascia board. Install #30 roofing felt using 1/4 ring shank nails and tin tags. Install 3x3 perimeter drip edge metal. Install new 16" 26-gauge galvanized metal in all roof valleys and tie-ins. Replace existing lead soil stack flashings, all galvanized roof vents, and allgalvanized metal return flashings. Install 25 year, 3-tab roof shingles (Color to match existing). Replace flat roofing material over covered patio with #30 roofing felt and #90torch-down. Clean up and remove any and all debris daily from the job site.
