Both projects will be awarded to a single successful proponent. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Proponents are to meet at the Humboldt Uniplex Main Lobby, 619 17 Street, Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Attendance is mandatory. Proponents who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will be disqualified from the bidding process. Tender submissions will be received until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
