Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: modernization of the roof with insulation and repair of fragments of the facade in the building of the Puppet and Actor Theater in Omy.2. The scope of work includes: regarding the facade: a) repairs of peeling plasters on the tower's facade, b) replacement of flashings on the glass roofcast and upper windows on the tower, c) repair of the facade at the junction with the designed flat roof, d) painting of all tower walls, e) painting of ladders, f) repair of the facade near the sink basins, in terms of the roof: a) preparation of the existing flat roof covering, cleaning, repair of damage, b) demolitionexisting sheet metal flashings on attics and chimneys, c) demolition of chimney caps, d) dismantling of air conditioning devices on the roof, e) gluing and mechanical fastening of PIR thermal insulation boards on the roof surface, attics and chimneys, f) covering with two layers of thermally welded felt feltfor attic walls and chimneys, together with filling roof outlets and processing details, g) performing sheet metal flashings on attics and chimneys, installing chimney caps, replacing sink baskets on the facade, h) re-installing air-conditioning devices on the roof, i) minor repair works and complete...
