Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the roofing and facade of the newly constructed sauna building in the Trzy Fale Water Park at ul. Grunwaldzka 8a in Supsko (76-200). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design documentation, which constitutes appendices No. 9 to No. 10. The bill of quantities (Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ) is an auxiliary document, and the order should be valued based on the design documentation. NOTE: The scope described in the design documentation, constituting appendices No. 9 to No. 11 to the SWZ material nature of the order is set out in point 2.3. and 2.4. bill of quantities (in this respect, the bill of quantities determines which element of the design documentation is to be prepared at this stage of implementation). The ordering party indicates that the method of performing the works, technical solutions and quality requirements result from the design documentation.3. The required minimum quality warranty period for the completed order item is 60 months. The warranty covers liability for defects in the entire subject of the contract.4. Required warranty period for work performed is 60 months.
