NOTICE OF SOLICITATION- Revision 2, is updated to include the following requirement:
All quotes submitted in response to this RFQ must include a detailed price breakdown with a limit of two(2) pages for the technical proposal and one(1) page for the pricing breakdown for a total submission of three(3) pages. The pricing breakdown shall, at a minimum, separately itemize the total costs for the following elements:
Labor: A summary of labor categories, total hours per category, and the fully burdened hourly rates.
Materials: A summary of all major materials to be used, including estimated quantities and total costs.
Subcontracting: The total work to be performed by subcontractors. Include the name of the subcontractor and a description of the work they will perform.
All quotes submitted in response to this RFQ must include three(3) references within the last five(5) years.
NOTICE OF SOLICITATION- Revision 3, is updated. The due date for solicitation has been changed to 01/20/2026 at 0800 PST.
All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for a complete roof and gutter replacement on a single-story, 1500 sq. ft. residential building located in Depoe Bay, Oregon. The work includes the removal of existing shingles and three skylights, replacement of any damaged sheeting, and installation of new architectural asphalt shingles and a complete gutter and downspout system. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications will be included in the solicitation documents.
