The MUNICIPALITY OF RONDA, through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), Invites Suppliers registered with and classified by the DTI to Bid for the hereunder contract in accordance with RA 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its IRR.

The BAC will use the non-discretionary pass/ fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
