The customer reserves the right to change (decrease/increase) the scope of the purchase of services/works during the term of the contract. Participants of this procurement who submitted their price offers agree with this condition. Quality requirements - compliance with DSTU, TU, availability of a certificate of conformity (quality) of products. Delivery dates: until 06/09/2026. Payment terms: 50% advance payment, 50% payment within 3 working days, from the moment the Customer receives the goods and signs the invoices. The Customer is not obliged to choose a tender based solely on the price criterion. The evaluation of submitted proposals is carried out according to a set of criteria that include, but are not limited to: cost, quality of work, terms of performance, material and technical base of the Participant, warranty obligations, reliability and experience of the Participant, terms of payment, warranty service and other indicators important for The customer. The customer reserves the right to independently and at its own discretion determine the weight of each criterion, as well as to choose the offer that is the most profitable based on the totality of all criteria, even if its price is not the lowest.
