Tender Details

The aim of the assignment is to conclude a framework agreement with several contractors for the support, monitoring or effective preparation of CE certification for the assembly of machines (or a combination of machines) in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC ( and servicesuccessor).

When assembling machines or sub-installations or when renewing parts of installations, one must proceed in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and in accordance with the harmonized standards associated with this directive.

The assignment involves at least the following activitiesin:

1.Performing a risk assessment in accordance with EN ISO 12100

2.Reducing risks in accordance with EN ISO 12100 parts 1 and 2

3.Assessing whether the original safety measures of the machines that are part of the installation comply

4.Classifying the installation in task zones

5.Reduce risksin consultation with the user and the supplier(s) of the machines

6.Assessing all technical aspects

7.Developing new user information for the installation

8.Compiling a technical construction file

9.Validating the final design

10 .Compiling the completeCE file

11.Preparing the Declaration of Conformity

12.Preparing SIL/PL calculations

13.Checking SIL/PL calculations

14.Answering ad hoc questions regarding CE, SIL/PL, Machinery Directive or related standards
