Rocky View County is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes. To pursue this goal, the County is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Requirements Analysis and Readiness Review, followed by the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) document (Scope of work) in collaboration with the County-s appointed project team members, and to serve as an advisor for the ERP evaluation and selection process. This integrated approach aims to ensure a seamless transition towards modernizing the County's systems and processes.The primary objective of this initiative is to evaluate the County's current systems, functional processes, and infrastructure in-depth, focusing on assessing the County's requirements and readiness for ERP implementation.
