The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.
The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.

Install new fire alarm system to meet AODA requirements.Full removal of existing fire alarm system and provide new fire alarm system.Existing fire alarm system must remain operation until new system has been fully commissioned.Install new washroom to meet Ontario Building Code accessibility standards for a universal washroom.Construction to be completed in the summer of 2026.Stage
