Robust care homes in Prestfoss
The client is asking for an offer for 2 care homes and with an option price for the construction of a third home as well. The location of the homes must be in the north-western part of the plot that the developer has acquired facing Holmengata and the land by the vicarage. The area is north of Sigdalsheimen. Access to the homes will be via Holmengata. The homes must be built in robust materials and be designed for people who potentially have more wear and tear on buildings than normal. The homes must also be able to be used as ordinary rental homes under municipal authority if the conditions are suitable for this. The contract also includes the preparation of water and sewage networks, which are intended to prepare for an increased number of municipal housing within the same site area, as well as being part of the main water supply network to areas east of Prestfoss centre.
