Tender Details

1 The subject of the order is: 1.1 granting temporary licenses for Process Automation Software in accordance with the specifications included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), together with its installation and configuration services, and a subscription for this Software on period of 12 months, 1.2 providing Contractor Support for a period of 12 months from the date of signing. License acceptance protocol in the amount of 50 man-hours, as described in the OPZ, 1.3 provision of services consisting in the production or modification of Works automating the Ordering Party's business processes in the amount of 185 man-hours during the duration of the contract, described in the OPZ. 2 As part of the option referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as Option), the Ordering Party reserves the right to: 2.1 grant further AI Unit license for the period until the end of the 12-month subscription period for the licenses described in the OPZ, and the Ordering Party assumes an order for a maximum of 10 licenses under the Option, and this order may be placed multiple times, each time minimum 1 license, 2.2 provision by the Contractor of Support within a limit not exceeding 50 man-hours, 2.3 purchase of additional hours for...
