Tender Details

The SVB aims to robotize more processes in the coming years with the help of RPA and IDP. Under IDP, the SVB wants to use the ML and OCR functionalities in any case. In addition to IDP, the SVB also wants to use Human in the Loop functionality. The SVB wants the servers/controllers that ensure the control of the robots ("Control Room/Orchestrator" or similar) and the IDP functionalities as a SaaS. This SaaS must in any case collaborate with the following components in the SVB Datacenter (unpremplacite): • the robot development workplaces ("studio/designer/editors" or similar) for the SVB Robotics team; • The robot workplaces ("Resource PC/Listener" or similar) where the robots perform their work.
