Request for proposals are invited for Robotics Process Automation (RPA)Solution.
Technical Requirements

The technical requirements deal with the areas of analytics/reporting, architecture, integration, configuration, security/compliance, training/support, and upgrades/releases. In regards to analytics and reporting, the RPA solution will allow the WBG to analyze the data to determine areas of improvement, performance measures, and effectiveness of automated processes. The solution will consist of standard reports and/or customizable or configurable reports to allow for more focused analysis.
The RPA solution will be able to fully integrate with the current WGB environment with minimal intrusion. The solution will be robust, capable of running in a service-oriented architecture (SOA) with integrations across multiple current capabilities such as document storage and cloud-hosted infrastructure as a service (IAAS) platforms. For proposed cloud-based solutions, the RPA solution will not further complicate the WBG environment by adding additional connections.
The RPA solution is required to have a high level of security technical features and enable the verification of compliance factors through logging and auditing. The solution will score highly amongst many security requirements including access, permissions, security configurations, data integrity, and logging. In addition, the RPA solution will confirm a subset of security requirements which include supporting our operating systems, our authentication methods, and our security protocols as outlined in section 2 - Technical Form 9.
