That RTVM requires the contracting of the support and maintenance service of the robotic library that is part of the technical infrastructure of the RTVM Digital Archive. This service is based on contracting both the support provided by the manufacturers of the elements that make up the library (hardware and software), as well as the remote technical support for incidents that the winning company will provide. These should be the direct interlocutors with the manufacturers and will offer 24x7 telephone support for critical incidents.
