Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete a culvert replacement on Highway 5 Access at Muenster, Saskatchewan. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as August 2026, with a specified completion date as early as October 31, 2026. The Ministry of Highways reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. Description of the Procurement: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE 1 200 mm DIAMETER CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE CULVERT by open excavation of the Roadway on College Avenue, approximately 60.0 m south of its junction with Highway No. 5, at Muenster; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 29.0 m.
