Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice: This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete a culvert replacement on Highway 5 northwest of Wadena, Saskatchewan. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. The work is expected to take place as early as August 2026, with a specified completion date as early as October 31, 2026. The Ministry of Highways reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work. Description of the Procurement: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TWO 1 800 mm DIAMETER POLYMER LAMINATED CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE CULVERTS by open excavation of the Roadway on Highway No. 5, 15.47 km northwest of its junction with Highway No. 35; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 50 m.
