Synopsis CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR PASSING LANES AND AN INTERSECTION TREATMENT on Highway No. 3 from 4.88 km north of the junction with Highway No. 25 to 25.35 km north of the junction with Highway No. 25; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 10.01 km.
