The scope of work mainly includes asphalt milling and filling, repair underlying structure, excavation of waste, supply and placement of base and geotextile, base preparation, asphalt paving, and illegal driveway fillet removal. This contract will be divided into two work packages, both with multiple bonus and penalty clauses to ensure work is completed in 2024. Each bidder must specify the maximum number of contracts they wish to be awarded.
