Description : The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (Gmct) Is Seeking To Engage A Suitably Qualified And Experienced Consultant To Undertake A Condition Assessment Of All Roads And Footpaths Infrastructure Within Seventeen (17) Of Its Cemeteries And Memorial Parks On A Fixed Price Lump Sum Basis.The Condition Assessment Data To Be Captured Relate To Roads And Footpaths Infrastructure Such As Road Pavements, Road Surfaces, Footpaths, Car Parks And Kerb And Channel.The Condition Assessment Will Include An Asset Condition Rating, A Remaining Useful Life Assessment And Estimated Replacement Costs To Inform Gmct`S Long-Term Asset Renewal Programs.Consultants Will Also Be Required To Submit The Hourly Rates Of All Personnel Involved In The Provision Of These Services And Unit Rates, In Case Of A Material Variation To The Estimated Bill Of Quantities Supplied With These Documents.
