This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Township of Springwater to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for a 2026 Road Needs Study. The Road Needs Study will assist in the establishment of lifecycle funding requirements and determining the improvement needs of the Township-s road system over the next 10 years.
