ROAD TRAFFIC SURVEY AND COUNTING The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to carry out survey services and multimodal travel counts (VL, PL, TC, 2WD, bicycles, pedestrians and other soft modes) for the needs of members of AMCA (Central Purchasing of Amiens Métropole). The framework agreement is awarded following an open call for tenders procedure in accordance with articles L. 2124-1 and 2 and R. 2124-1 and 2-1° and R. 2161-1 to -5 of the Public Procurement Code and executed by the issuance of purchase orders pursuant to articles L2125-1-1° and R2162-1 to 6, and R2162-13 and 14 of the said code. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, for a total duration of 4 years from its notification date. (renewal period included). The initial period of the framework agreement is 2 years from its notification date. Notification is made by any means enabling the date and time of receipt to be determined with certainty. Details on execution times are indicated in article 6.2 of the CCAP. The framework agreement, executed by issuing purchase orders, is concluded, over its total duration of 4 years (renewal period included) with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 340 000 euro(s) excluding tax, i.e. for each period, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 170, 000 euro(s) excluding tax.
