ROAD SURFACING IN THE TIDE EMBANKMENT PROJECT (POB. ZONE II)
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ROAD SURFACING IN THE TIDE EMBANKMENT PROJECT (POB. ZONE II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for ROAD SURFACING IN THE TIDE EMBANKMENT PROJECT (POB. ZONE II). Completion of the Works is required within 24 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
