1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Jaro, Leyte through the Barangay Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ROAD SURFACING OF BARANGAY ROAD (2026-02-INFRA) located at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Sitio Magaobao, Jaro, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Jaro, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 20 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
