ROAD SHOULDERING
The Barangay Calubian through the AIP - YEAR 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred
Eleven Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and twenty Cents Only (111, 874.20) under the
contract for “Road Shouldering” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
The Barangay Calubian now invites bids for “Road Shouldering Delivery of the Goods is required
Twenty Days (20) calendar days / August, 2026. Bidders should have
completed, within Twenty Days (20) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using discretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA)
9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
