The Municipality of Dysart et al is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply and placement of surface treatment on various roads. Work may include full‑depth reclamation of the existing surface, followed by the application of Granular ‘A- and a double surface treatment using aggregate sourced from metagabbro. Surface treatment gradation shall comply with OPSS.MUNI 1006: Class 6 for the base application and Class 5 for the top application, or an approved equivalent. The finished surface must be black in colour and resemble the appearance of hot mix asphalt with minimal dust created from placement of surface treatment.
