1. The subject of the order is the performance of maintenance works on the road no. 15-08-0248 in the area of ​​the Trzciano Forestry, damaged during the Dragon 24.2 military exercises. Road no. 15-08-0248 is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kwidzyn County, in the Kwidzyn commune, in the area of ​​the Trzciano Forestry.3. The purpose of the order is to restore the condition existing before the damage occurred by performing maintenance procedures, and the construction of new buildings, road elements and changes to its technical parameters. The planned works are maintenance and repair works, performed locally and do not result from wear and tear of the facility as a result of the planned operation. Due to the above, there was no need to obtain agreements and administrative permission for its implementation.4.
