Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Carigara, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 600, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF 106.50M LENGTH, 2.5M WIDE, 200MM THK PCCP W/ ROAD SHOULDERING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Carigara now invites bids for CONCRETING OF 106.50M LENGTH, 2.5M WIDE, 200MM THK PCCP W/ ROAD SHOULDERING Completion of the Works is required 21 CD. Bidders should have completed from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
