The Rural Municipality of Lipton No. 217 invites qualified contractors to submit tenders for the reclamation and stabilization of a municipal roadway located within the Municipality. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) and all applicable Saskatchewan procurement requirements.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) and all applicable Saskatchewan procurement requirements.

Additional Information:

The project shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: • Pulling and shaping roadway shoulders • Fine grading of the existing roadway • Pulverization and reclamation of the roadway surface • Reclaiming the roadway to a depth of approximately 10 inches • Incorporation of a stabilization product • Mixing and blending of reclaimed materials and stabilization product • Moisture conditioning as required • Grading and shaping of the roadway • Compaction to achieve a stabilized roadway structure • Final grading and finishing • Traffic accommodation and public safety measures • Site cleanup and demobilization
