ROAD REBLOCKING & BOX CULVERT IMPROVEMENT AT ZONE 1 SAN ISIDRO, BAAO, CAMARINES SUR
1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND FORTY PESOS (P 4, 914, 040.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ROAD REBLOCKING & BOX CULVERT IMPROVEMENT AT ZONE 1 SAN ISIDRO, BAAO, CAMARINES SUR, 2026-081-INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
