INVITATION TO BID FOR ROAD REBLOCKING ALONG SEASIDE STREET
1) The Local Government Unit of Calubian, Leyte, through the Local Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of P6, 995, 041.36 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Reblocking Along Seaside Street. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Calubian, Leyte now invites bids for Road Reblocking Along Seaside Street. Completion of the Works is required 252 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within 252 C.D. from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
