FOR THE
ROAD RE-BLOCKING AT ZONE 5, ANAYAN, PILI, CAM. SUR
1) The Local Government Unit of Pili, through the 20% EDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1, 700, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Re-blocking at Zone 5, Anayan, Pili, Cam. Sur / Contract Number DBM-2026-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Pili now invites bids for Road Re-blocking at Zone 5, Anayan, Pili, Cam. Sur. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
