The Local Government Unit of Laoang, through the 20%EDF component of the SB approved Municipal Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Two and 11/100 Pesos (Php9, 999, 952.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Opening/concreting of Carmen Boulevard Extension Barangay SMH, Laoang, N. Samar with Project Description (road opening and concreting of 278.00 ln. m. x 5m x 225 mm thk. With 150mm base course and 1.50m shoulder both side and installation of 15.00 units solar powered LED roadway lighting) / ITB- LNS 7-2026-INFRA-18. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
