1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Nanan, Payao, through the Barangay Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Opening at Purok 1 to Purok 4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
