Section I. Invitation to Bid
BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR ROAD OPENING @ LIBJO-20% EDF CY 2024
1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2024-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Two Pesos Only (₱436, 262.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Opening @ Libjo-20% EDF CY 2024 with PR No.: 1002606-0477-027 dated June 30, 2026, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Manjuyod now invites bids for Road Opening @ Libjo-20% EDF CY 2024. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
