1. The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the PGC-NTLB Fund, CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS & 62/100 (2, 995, 885.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ROAD OPENING & CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION OF ROAD GOING TO BOULEVARD, Gen. E. Batalla, Camalaniugan, Cagayan.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Forty-five (45) calendar days.
