Invitation to Bid for Road Opening and Concreting of Balacbacan FMR
1) The Municipality of Buenavista, through the LGSF-GEF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Three Million One Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and 95/100 (₱23, 168, 236.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Opening and Concreting of Balacbacan FMR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Buenavista now invites bids for Road Opening and Concreting of Balacbacan FMR. Completion of the Works required is 142 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
