The municipality of Zwevegem wishes to start with effective and cost-efficient road management. The aim is to spend the budgets as optimally as possible by carrying out timely and correct maintenance to ensure optimal returns on the initial investments. To the To determine maintenance priorities and the associated cost estimate, good knowledge and diagnosis of the condition of the road network is necessary. This assignment includes, among other things: - Drawing up a digital inventory of the road infrastructure of the municipality of Zwevegem; - Carrying out the necessary inspections in accordance with the OCW publication “Visual inspection for road network management - Measuring method MN 89/15” from 2015 and calculating the individual, structural and global index on the traveled road segments; - It drawing up a Pavement Management System for roadways by using quality scores over time (over a certain period, at least 10 years) with associated cost estimates.
