Passenger vehicle - smaller (7 pieces) Passenger vehicle - larger (1 piece) Procurement of new M1 category passenger vehicles through financial leasing with a total of nine seats for a period of 60 months or five years for the needs of the Našice Fire Brigade, in accordance with technical specifications and other required conditions specified in this Procurement Documentation. Characteristics and default/fixed parameters of financial leasing: • The legal owner of the leased object is the leasing provider, and the economic owner is user. • Ownership is transferred automatically after payment of the purchase price. When delivering the leased item to the lessee, an invoice for the leased item and the leasing costs is issued. • The leasing contract is concluded for a period of 60 months. •User of leasing records amortization and costs related to the leasing contract (interest, one-time fee) as expenses. • The leasing user pays installments according to the repayment plan. • For the total duration of the leasing contract, the lessee has unlimited rights of using the leasing object. In agreement with the leasing provider, the lessee has the right to sublease the leased object to third parties.
