1) The Local Government Unit of Dalama, Payao, through the Barangay Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 355, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Road Maintenance at Dalama. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
