Framework Agreement With Issuance Of Purchase Orders With An Economic Operator Relating To The Carrying Out Of Road Maintenance, Development And Repair Works Including In particular: - The Completion Of Driveway Entrances; - Works On Networks And Civil Engineering;- Small WorksRoad Rehabilitation And Repairs Are Not Covered By This Framework Agreement: Requalification, Rehabilitation Or Creation Works Of An Amount Exceeding 50, 000 Euros Maximum Amount Of The Purchase Order Contract Is Set At 650, 000 Euros Duration From Market: 12 Months FromThe Notification Of A Service Order Which Will Prescribe The Start Of Execution. The contract may be renewed two (2) times by express renewal for a period of one year without the total duration of the contract exceeding three (3) years, for an identical maximum annual amount.
