SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR ROAD MAINTENANCE
1. The Barangay Local Government of Culi, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P 350, 000.00) From the Barangay Development Fund (BDF 2026) of Barangay Culi intended for the procurement of Road Maintenance.
2. The Barangay Culi now invites bids for the “Supply and Delivery of Materials for Road Maintenance”. Supply and Delivery of Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
