The purpose of this project is Road Maintenance 2026. Description of the existing situation and the defects observed: Certain roads in the commune of Manhay and the villages of Manhay, Deux-Rys and Malempré are in a degraded state. Indeed, the coating is deformed and chipped in several places. There are no safety measures on the roadway in rue Coignelot and Jean-Théodore Jacques Description of the work and justification for the investment The work will include: - Rue du Coignelot (Vaux-Chavanne): Scraping work/laying a covering layer (+/-3cm) and laying a new wearing course. - Rue des Deux-Rys: Demolition of the Berlin cushion with purge and plate repair. Scraping/installation of 3 areas with installation of 2 layers of coating. -Rue du Pré Maquet (Deux-Rys): Installation of flat strip (50cm) in curved interior with repair of the road box. Repair of isolated cracks and reprofiling of roads with bituminous coating. -Rue des Cerisiers and Ezès Hesses (Malempré) : Installation of poured concrete water net with road repair and installation of a two-layer coating over the entire road. -Rue Jean-Théodore Jacques (Dochamps): Creation of chicane with posts and marking only.
