This consultation concerns the carrying out of road development work for the year 2026 in the Municipality of Vaivre and Montoille. This open adapted procedure is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Code of public procurement. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with a minimum set at EUR 75, 000 excluding tax, and with a maximum set at EUR 250, 000 excluding tax. This framework agreement, single-award, sets all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and as purchase orders are issued, in accordance with articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This framework agreement begins on the date of its notification and ends on December 31, 2026. It is not renewable.
