1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Aggub, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, through the approved Municipal Development Fund 2019-2020-2021-2024-2025 Amounting to One Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand, Four Hundred Nine and 30/100 ( P 1, 360, 409.30) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand, Four Hundred Nine and 30/100 ( P 1, 360, 409.30) LESS contingency amounting to Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Eight and 90/100 (P 8, 458.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Development (84 Ln.m Road Concreting, 25 Ln. m Slope Protection and 8 sets of Street Lights) Bids received in excess of the ABC Project located at Samandre Trail, Purok Daisy, Barangay Aggub, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
