Road crossing II/137 in section I/3 - Slapy and Křižovatka - road crossing II/137 - Slapy - construction supervision The subject of the performance of the public contract is the comprehensive supervision of the implementation of the construction of "Přeložka silnice II/137 in section I/3 - Slapy" and Křižovatka - realignment of road II/137 - Slapy" (hereinafter referred to as "construction") to the extent determined by the contracting authority, which primarily includes: - performance of the activities of the leader of the supplier's implementation team, - performance of technical supervision activities of the builder (investor) over the implementation of the construction in accordance with § 161 paragraph 2 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll. on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act), as amended, - performance of the activities of the safety and health protection coordinator at work on the construction site in accordance with § 14 of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which regulates other requirements of safety and health protection at work in employment relations and on ensuring safety and health protection during activities or provision of services outside of employment relations (Act on ensuring other conditions of safety and health protection in work), as amended, - performance of geotechnical activities, - performance of ecological supervision activities in accordance with Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended, and - performance of surveyor's activities according to Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on surveying and on the amendment and addition of certain laws related to its introduction, as amended.
