Description : The objective of the contract is to pave the main roads of Barika Settlement in Arbat town, Sulaymaniyah to access the settlement residents to the services like schools, primary health cares and public services.

The work includes civil works, re-shaping the existing sub-base, pavement, sub-basing the shoulder of the pavements, epoxy road marking, plastic speed bumps and road cross sewerage pipes. Details of works are provided in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) attached with the drawings (Annex A).

The daily works are overseen by UNHCR supervision engineers and its partner engineers.

UNHCR supervision engineers and its partner engineers inspect the quality of the works implemented by the contractor. The work must be within engineering specifications/standards and time limit

The successful contractor will be required to complete all works as per the Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications within 60 days from the date of signing of the contract agreement.
