1. The investment includes the modernization of ul. Wrzosowa in Czyca. The order includes: 1.1. preparation of design documentation specifying the work schedule, obtaining the necessary opinions, arrangements and preparing materials for submitting an application to the in order to obtain a decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) or obtaining the necessary permit/notification in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party and obtaining other administrative decisions necessary to complete the investment task in question based on STWiORB and relevant legal provisions. 1.2. comprehensive execution of construction works based on approved design documentation in the scope modernization of the street Wrzosowa in Czyca; 1.3. providing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works based on the design documentation that is the subject of the order.
