ROAD CONCRETING @ ZONE 4
1.The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF MANAOL, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN through the Supplemental Budget No. 01 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Road Concreting @ Zone 4 of Barangay Manaol Pozorrubio, Pangasinan and P.R. No. 2026-06-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF MANAOL, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction of Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
